If booking a return ticket the 'Francisco de Goya' leaves Madrid (Chamartin Station) every night at 19:00 arriving back in Paris (Austerlitz) at 08:27 the following morning.
Paris - Barcelona
Why not travel from Paris to Barcelona on the overnight 'Joan Miro' train. Departing Paris (Austerlitz) daily at 20:32 and arriving in Barcelona at 08:24
Daily trains are available for passengers returning to Paris on the 'Joan Miro', which leaves Barcelona at 21:05 arriving Paris (Austerlitz) at 09:00.
Montpellier - Cartagena
Travelling from South of France to Spain using rail is now easy and affordable.
Travel from Montpellier all the way to Cartagena using the 'Mare Nostrum' departing daily from Montpellier at 07.26 to arrive into Cartagena at 19:52, this train travels via Barcelona-Sants (arriving at 11:46).
To return on the 'Mare Nostrum' the train departs only from Lorca-Sutullena at 08:20, via Barcelona-Sants at 16:37, arriving into Montpellier at 21:09.
Montpellier - Barcelona
An alternative way to travel from Montpellier to Barcelona would be to get the 'Catalan Talgo' Which departs Montpellier daily at 17:02, arriving into Barcelona-Franca at 21:45.
To return using the 'Catalan Talgo' departure is at 08:45 from Barcelona-Franca, arriving into Montpellier at 13:16.
Milan - Barcelona
Travel overnight from Barcelona to Milan on the 'Salvador Dali' departing Barcelona (Franca) only on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday nights at 20:15 to arrive in Milan at 09:59 the next morning.
To return take the 'Salvador Dali' leaving Milan only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 19:40 arriving back into Barcelona (Franca) at 09:01 the following morning.
Zurich - Barcelona
Travel overnight from Barcelona to Zurich on the 'Paul Casals' departing Barcelona (Franca) only on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday nights at 20:15 to arrive in ZurichHB at 10:10 the next morning.
To return take the 'Paul Casals' leaving ZurichHB only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 19:27 arriving back into Barcelona (Franca) at 09:01 the following morning.
Lisbon - Irun/Hendaye
Travel from Lisbon to Irun/Hendaye overnight on the 'Surex', departing Lisbon (Santa Apolonia) daily at 16:06 and arriving in Irun at 06:58 or Hendaye(France) at 07:10
Returning to Lisbon on the 'Surex', which leaves only from Irun at 22:00 arriving into Lisbon (Santa Apolonia) at 11:03.
